Do I need to know how to code?
No. You copy a snippet from Paisible AI and paste it on your site, exactly like a social button. If you can copy and paste, you can install it.
Can the chatbot be copied to another site?
No. The chatbot only works on the domains you declared. A code copied onto another domain is automatically blocked.
Can I customize its appearance?
Yes, fully: color, position, title, subtitle, welcome message, clickable suggested questions and avatar. A live preview shows the result before publishing.
Does the chatbot know my business?
Yes. It relies on your assistant’s knowledge base, and can also scan your website to learn your products, services, hours and FAQ — for accurate, up-to-date answers.
