This privacy policy ("Policy") explains how Paisible AI ("Company", "we", "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website https://paisible.ai (the "Site") and our services. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information about you in various ways:

• Information you provide: We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, update your profile, use interactive features, participate in a survey, or communicate with us.
• Information from your use of our services: We collect information about your usage of our services and how you use them. This may include tracking your visits to our Site, your IP address, device information, and cookies.
• Information from third parties: We may receive information about you from third parties, including social media services when you log in to the Site via a social media account.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to develop new ones, and to protect our business and users. We also use this information to offer you personalized content, such as more relevant search results and ads.

Processing of data from Facebook and Instagram (Meta)

Paisible AI is integrated with Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) so that you can log in with your account, manage your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts, publish content, and view statistics. When you log in via Facebook or connect your Pages or Instagram accounts, we may receive certain information provided by Meta under the permissions you approve.

• Identity and authentication (email, public_profile): we use your primary email address and public profile information to authenticate you on Paisible AI, display your account information in the interface and, if you have agreed, send you service-related communications.
• List of Pages and accounts (pages_show_list, instagram_business_basic): we retrieve the list of Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts you administer, as well as some public information and engagement statistics, solely to let you select the correct accounts in Paisible AI and to display dashboards and reports about their performance.
• Content publishing (pages_manage_posts, instagram_business_content_publish): when you publish via Paisible AI, we process the content you have created (texts, images, videos) as well as technical identifiers of the posts created, in order to send them correctly to Meta and to display publication history.
• Business assets (business_management, pages_read_engagement): we may process technical identifiers of Meta Business assets (for example Business Manager or ad accounts) and aggregated engagement statistics in order to correctly associate your assets with your Paisible AI account and provide consolidated analytics. We do not access payment information from your Meta accounts.

We do not use data from Facebook or Instagram to build independent marketing profiles, to resell it, or to share it with third parties outside our necessary technical processors (hosting, analytics) who are subject to strict contractual obligations. You can withdraw access at any time by revoking permissions in your Meta account, disconnecting your Pages or Instagram accounts in Paisible AI and requesting deletion of associated data by contacting us at info@paisible.ai. We do not store personal data coming from Meta APIs longer than necessary to provide the service. We do not sell, share, or export this data. Any data can be deleted at any time upon request. Paisible AI does not read or process private messages, private comments, conversations, or sensitive data. We only use the information provided through the approved permissions.

Processing of data from Google

Paisible AI integrates with Google services so that you can sign in, analyze your marketing performance and, at your request, publish content and manage campaigns. When you connect a Google account, we only receive the data corresponding to the permissions (scopes) you explicitly grant, and solely to provide the features you request:

• Google Sign-In (openid, email, profile): your email address and basic profile information, to identify you and create or access your Paisible AI account.
• Google Business Profile (business.manage): we read your business listing performance metrics (impressions in Search and Maps, website clicks, calls, direction requests) to analyze your local visibility; at your explicit request, we may publish or update your listing on your behalf.
• Google Analytics (analytics.readonly): we read, in read-only mode, your GA4 report data (sessions, users, conversions, acquisition channels, page views) to analyze your website performance and design your strategy.
• YouTube (youtube.readonly, youtube.upload): we read your channel statistics (subscribers, views, number of videos) to analyze your performance; and, only upon your explicit action, we upload to your YouTube channel the videos you generate or choose to publish.
• Google Search Console (webmasters.readonly): we read, in read-only mode, your Search data (clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, queries) to analyze your organic search (SEO) performance.
• Google Ads (adwords): we read your advertising campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions) to analyze their performance; when you approve a paid campaign, we may create and manage campaigns on your behalf.

We use this Google data solely to provide and improve the features you request (analytics, dashboards, strategy recommendations, and the publishing and management of campaigns you approve). We never sell your Google data and do not use it for advertising. We do not transfer it to third parties, except to processors strictly necessary to operate the service (hosting, infrastructure) under strict contractual obligations, or where required by law. Access tokens are stored encrypted. You can at any time disconnect a Google service in Paisible AI, revoke access from your Google account (myaccount.google.com/permissions), and request deletion of your data by emailing info@paisible.ai.

Limited Use: Paisible AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing Your Information

We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Paisible AI except in the following cases:

• With your consent: We will share personal information outside of Paisible AI when we have your consent.
• For legal reasons: We will share personal information outside of Paisible AI if we believe in good faith that access to, use of, preservation of, or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to satisfy any applicable law requirement.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, and delete your personal information. You can do so through your account settings or by contacting us at info@paisible.ai.

Data Security

We work hard to protect Paisible AI and our users from any unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of the information we hold. We take measures such as encryption, physical security, and reviewing our data collection, storage, and processing practices.

Changes to this Policy

We may modify this Policy from time to time. We will post any changes to the privacy policy on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
