About This Policy

This Data Deletion Request Policy explains the means through which users of Paisible AI can request the deletion of their data from our application. By using our services, you agree to the processes outlined herein for the deletion of your data.

Automated Data Deletion Request

You can initiate a data deletion in several ways: (1) by deleting your account directly in Paisible AI (Account settings), which removes your account and the connected-account tokens stored for you; (2) by disconnecting a connected service within Paisible AI; or (3) by revoking our application's access from the platform's own settings — for example Facebook (facebook.com/settings) or Google (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Revoking access on a platform invalidates the corresponding tokens stored by Paisible AI.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account or disconnect a service, we delete the associated OAuth access and refresh tokens and the personal data linked to that connection, including data obtained from the Meta APIs (Facebook, Instagram) and the Google APIs (Google Sign-In, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, YouTube, Google Search Console, Google Ads), except where we are legally required to retain certain information. Our use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Manual Data Deletion Request

To manually request the deletion of your data, please send an email to info@paisible.ai with your request, including your username or the email address associated with your account to help us accurately identify and delete your data.

Confirmation Process

Upon receipt of your request, we will confirm by email and process it as swiftly as possible.

Legal Exceptions

In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain some data for legal or regulatory reasons. You will be informed if this applies to your request.
